I got married because society says so, and really had to pay the price. My 13 year relationship was very rocky, with a lot of emotional abuse, severe social anxiety, depression, weight issues, health issues and 7 years of infertility. I can’t help but notice that many people are still living the way I was, and I have a burning desire to help them. Too many people give themselves away in a relationship, too many arguments and suffering happens unnecessarily because the parties project their issues onto one another. I am here to bring the good news that there is a way out. I lovingly put this course together to share with you everything I have learned through my personal research during the past 4 years as well as an array of energy practices which you will learn and take home with you.
